Payment Policy

1 Fees & Invoicing

  • Fees are communicated via email once a counsellor is assigned.

  • Payment is made in arrears: after each session, you’ll receive a unique payment link via email. Payments must be settled before your next session.

2 Payment Methods

You may pay via:

  • The secure payment link emailed to you, or

  • Bank transfer, using the account details provided. Please include your name as the reference.

3 Late or Missing Payments

  • If payments are not made regularly and on time, CORE reserves the right to pause or terminate your counselling sessions.

  • If your financial circumstances change, please discuss this with your counsellor or contact CORE promptly to explore payment support options.

4 Exceptions & Flexibility

  • Outstanding payments for missed sessions may be waived as described under Booking Policy, with credit or refund options available.
