Payment Policy
1 Fees & Invoicing
Fees are communicated via email once a counsellor is assigned.
Payment is made in arrears: after each session, you’ll receive a unique payment link via email. Payments must be settled before your next session.
2 Payment Methods
You may pay via:
The secure payment link emailed to you, or
Bank transfer, using the account details provided. Please include your name as the reference.
3 Late or Missing Payments
If payments are not made regularly and on time, CORE reserves the right to pause or terminate your counselling sessions.
If your financial circumstances change, please discuss this with your counsellor or contact CORE promptly to explore payment support options.
4 Exceptions & Flexibility
Outstanding payments for missed sessions may be waived as described under Booking Policy, with credit or refund options available.
