Welcome to Core Counselling Service

Accessible. Inclusive. Online.

We offer a warm, respectful, and confidential online space for individuals from all backgrounds, with a particular commitment to ethnic minority communities and LGBTQ+ individuals.

A Space Where You Are Welcome

At Core Counselling Service, we offer a warm, respectful, and confidential online space for individuals from all backgrounds. We understand that finding the right therapist can feel daunting – especially if you have previously felt unheard, misunderstood, or excluded. Our aim is to make the first step into counselling safe, simple, and supportive.

We recognise that lived experience matters. Culture, identity, race, sexuality, gender, faith, migration history, and social context all shape how we experience the world and our mental health. Our service is intentionally inclusive and affirming.

Individuals from Black, Asian, and minoritised ethnic communities

LGBTQ+ individuals and couples

People navigating identity, belonging, and marginalisation

Anyone experiencing emotional distress, regardless of background

You do not need to fit into a category to access our service – you only need to feel that support might help.
